 I genuinely didn’t like the Dia De Los Muertos Day Of The Dead Sugar Skull Shirt appearance of dobermans much until I saw them uncropped. Naturally they’re very gorgeous dogs. And natural Doberman puppies are so stinkin cute!!! Seriously I don’t understand the appeal to cropping like this. Oh, she is adorable! She looks like a big version of my mini dachshunds. Same ears and tails and I've seen dachshunds with that exact same coloring. WHY would anyone cut their ears when they are so cute like that! Looks like a super tall dachshund! Thats an adorable dog, why would someone clip off their gloriously floppy ears. Because dobermans were better used as guard and protection, than for hunting.  Hounds have long floppy ears to help direct/waft scents on the ground into their noses.

Some photo nut is gonna downvote me and call me a moron or something, but they absolutely do decent quality scanning. Worlds better than the 'photo of a photo' method. OP said elsewhere on this thread that this was from a film (as in moving picture), which was transferred to VHS, then to digital (didn't give any details how though). It's like comparing phone call quality but one of them you recorded on an analog tape recorder from down the hall then recorded the recording with your smartphone's mic. It's not a comparison at all. It's clearly not modern, but the quality is good. It's probably a lens issue, or the picture of the statue is in the background of a shot of something  closer up.  It would Halloween Town Class Of 98 University Official Top Shirt have lost the full gold red color to oxidation and become the familiar green color by 1920. So by the time of this photo it may have been a different shade of green but it would have still been similar to what we currently know it as. So in 1937 the statue was just about 51 years old which means it looked pretty much how it looks today. After about 20 - 30 years I believe it fully turned the color we see today. Most of the change happened within the first 8 or so years. Very rapid I wonder if people were amazed or heart broken watching it change so quickly. I don't know if you specifically mean the color of the Statue of Liberty or just in general.
